**Terms & Conditions**
By booking transportation services with GEMSWAY, you consent to the following terms and conditions.
1. **Reservations & Payments**
All reservations depend on availability.
Pricing may fluctuate based on distance, wait times, tolls, special requests, or changes to the schedule.
Payment is due as specified at the time of booking, unless other arrangements have been made.
2. **Cancellation Policy**
Cancellations made at least 24 hours prior to the scheduled pickup time may qualify for a refund or credit.
Cancellations on the same day may incur partial or full charges.
No-shows may be charged the complete reservation fee.
3. **Passenger Conduct**
To ensure the safety and comfort of all passengers and drivers:
No illegal substances or unlawful activities are allowed.
Excessive disorderly conduct may lead to immediate termination of service without a refund.
Passengers are liable for any damages to the vehicle.
4. **Delays & Traffic**
GEMSWAY cannot be held responsible for delays arising from:
Traffic conditions
Weather
Road closures
Flight delays
Other circumstances beyond our control
We will make every reasonable effort to uphold timely service.
5. **Personal Belongings**
Passengers are responsible for their own belongings. GEMSWAY is not liable for items that are lost, stolen, or damaged while left in the vehicle.
6. **Safety**
Seat belts must be worn at all times where required by law. Drivers retain the right to refuse service if safety issues arise.
7. **Service Area**
The availability of services may vary depending on location and scheduling demands.
8. **Agreement**
By utilizing GEMSWAY services, you affirm that you have read and accepted these Terms & Conditions.
